01
Overview
Her Project Portal is a live platform surfacing projects and opportunities for women. I owned the product definition, the UX/UI and the build.
02
Problem
Relevant opportunities are scattered, so the people who would benefit most never see them.
03
Users
Women looking for projects and opportunities.
04
Strategy
Prioritise clarity and speed of discovery over feature depth.
05
Design
A clean, readable browsing experience that works on a phone.
06
Build
Built with Lovable and Generative AI, deployed on Vercel.
07
Outcome
Shipped and publicly accessible.
08
Lessons Learned
Owning design and build together shortens the distance between an idea and a live product.
