THE PROBLEM
People need skills they can’t pay for, while sitting on skills someone else needs.
WHAT I DID
A barter flow that matches two people who can trade skills instead of money.
PROCESS
How the work went.
- 01
I started with a simple question: “What if I have a skill you need, and you have a skill I need, but neither of us has money to pay for it?”
- 02
That led me to explore a skill-exchange model.
- 03
What you already know becomes your currency.
